In-studio portrait photoshoot to explore different light patterns. Lighting and the model’s poses were managed by a photography instructor. In the editing and color correcting process, there was some exploration of different styles and converting to black and white without losing value, but the corrections were highly inspired by baroque paintings and lighting style. Each picture seeks to emphasize the elegance of the model and uses the lighting to showcase the structure and planes of her face and body.
